Emma and Rajiv’s wedding at Elmore Court was a beautiful mix of elegance, emotion, and easygoing celebration. Set in Gloucestershire, Elmore Court is one of those venues that looks amazing in photos — with its historic character, lovely natural light, and a sense of style that instantly elevates the whole day. And then there’s The Gillyflower, which makes the perfect setting for the evening celebrations.
The day started quietly, with the calm of morning preparations and all those little moments before the ceremony. Then came the laughter, the tears, and all the happy chaos that makes a wedding day feel so real. There were so many natural moments to capture — smiles, glances, emotions, and all the small in-between moments that tell the story properly.
When photographing this wedding, I wanted to keep things relaxed and natural. Elmore Court gives you so much to work with — from the beautiful interiors to the grounds outside, which are ideal for easy, unforced portraits. It’s the kind of venue that helps create images that feel timeless, but still light and real.
After the ceremony, we took some time for relaxed portraits around the estate. The light was great, the setting did all the heavy lifting, and Emma and Rajiv could just enjoy a quiet moment together. Later in the evening, the energy picked up with dancing, laughter, and all the fun that comes with a great wedding party — exactly the kind of moments I love to document.
Elmore Court is one of those venues that simply works beautifully for wedding photography. It has atmosphere, character, and plenty of opportunities to create a natural, honest story of the day.
